Sell the sizzle, not the steak.
Citeam asta pe un blog, in Ferengi Rules of Acquisition. De fapt, cred ca vorba e mult mai veche. E o vorba buna, funny and so true. Fiecare am vandut the sizzle, fiecare am cumparat the sizzle. Si uneori ne-a placut, alteori am descoperit ca imparatul e gol. Nimic nou.
